Sustaining the British Free Range Industry

One of the founding principles of BFREPA is sustainability, ensuring that we put back into the industry as much as we take out.

With SUSTAINABILITY in mind we have developed three levels of sustainability packages to enable all in free range to showcase their support back to the farmers and the industry through the Britsih Free Range Egg Producers Association sustainability programme.

The following logos can be used by those participating to show consumers that they participate in the Sustainability programme set up by the British Free Range Egg Producers Association to ensure that the industry is adequetly protected for future generations.

The sustainability programme will become the model for the funding of BFREPA and it’s activities in supporting the British free range egg industry.

Supporters will be invited to one seminar/annum and a pre-conference dinner to discuss future priorities for the Fund’s expenditure.

It is envisaged at this stage that the Programme will focus on educating consumers and influencing non governmental organizations – through www.lovefreerangeeggs.co.uk and other initiatives – about free range and alternative production systems. Where applicable and appropriate, supporters will be able to directly engage with stakeholders with their branding.
